Within easy walking distance or a shuttle bus ride from the Burgundy Canal, there are seven châteaux, eleven churches, two abbeys, two of France’s most beautiful villages and dozens of museums and historic buildings to visit.
But even if you never leave the canal, there is still plenty of beautiful scenery and other interesting sights, such canal bridges and the canal tunnel, to keep you enchanted.
